Supreme Milestones is seeking an entry-level Junior Event & Team Lead Trainee to develop leadership skills while participating in live outreach campaigns for nonprofit partners. You will work hands-on at events, learn how to manage campaigns, and gain experience needed to lead teams and oversee events independently.

This paid training role includes a structured leadership development path, weekly pay, mentorship from experienced leaders, and travel opportunities for top performers.

Responsabilidades

• Represent charity partners at live events with professionalism and integrity.
• Engage the public, communicate campaign messaging, and build donor relationships.
• Assist in event setup, breakdown, and daily operations.
• Learn campaign management, performance tracking, and event strategy.
• Support and motivate team members during events.
• Participate in leadership, communication, and business development training.
• Progressively take on team lead responsibilities as training milestones are met.
