Title: Event Support
Status: Supplemental Year-Round - Needs include approximately 20 to 25 hours per week during heavy event months (May - December). Fewer hours are needed during the off-season (January - April). Hours will be based on business needs and are not guaranteed. Qualified applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Fishers Parks Department is seeking enthusiastic, community-focused individuals to support a variety of events and community experiences. This year-round supplemental position plays an important role in the successful execution of on-site event operations.
Supplemental Event Support role will assist our full-time Event and Marketing teams with all aspects of event management; including creative development, marketing, vendor support, community engagement, operational support, promotions, set-up, and teardown. Some light office and administrative work may also be required, including organizing supplies, preparing materials, assisting with event logistics, registration software system support, point-of-sales support, and preparing promotional items.
This position primarily works evenings and weekends, with frequent shifts on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Applicants must be able to work evenings and weekends and must be available for our annual Spark!Fishers Festival (Typically held the last weekend in June).
