Job summary

C Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Oklahoma seeks an Event Support Specialist to assist with setup, on-site execution, and guest service at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa and related venues.

You will help with logistics, ticketing, promotions, and guest engagement, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure flawless events. The role may involve nights, weekends, holidays, and some travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; at least one (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work may be performed in office settings, casino floors (including exposure to smoke and noise), and outdoor environments
• Must be flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Occasional travel, including overnight stays, may be required
