Gameday Your Wayis a growing events hospitality business that specializes in creating fun and engaging pre-game experiences for football fans at top venues, includingthe University ofNotre Dame,the University of Wisconsin, and Soldier Field. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team for fall events.

As an Event Support Member, you will help ensure our events are set up accordingly. Additionally, you will help set up our clients’ events and ensure that the event is running smoothly by delivering and setting up their equipment, catering, and beverage packages. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Setup:Assist with thetimelydelivery and setup of tailgate equipment, catering, and beverage packages, ensuring all items are secured and organized.
• Event Setup:Arrange packages at designated locations according to client specifications, ensuring that all equipment, furniture, and amenities are in excellent condition.
• Customer Service:Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions, concerns, or special requests to enhance their tailgate experience.
• Safety Compliance:Follow all safety protocols during delivery and setup tomaintaina safe and secure environment.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with the event coordinators and other support team members to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
• Troubleshooting:Quickly resolve any on-site issues or technical challenges that may arise during setup.
• Clean-Up and Breakdown:Assist with thetimelybreakdown of tailgate setups and ensure all equipment is properly packed for future events.
