Position Summary
The Event Support Assistant provides on-site support for educational programs, workshops, conferences, and special events hosted by our organization. This role is ideal for a reliable, customer service-oriented undergraduate student who enjoys interacting with people and contributing to a welcoming event experience. The assistant will help ensure events run smoothly by assisting with guest services, registration, event logistics, and attendee engagement.
