Oak View Group in Florida seeks a Suites Lead to coordinate and lead service during catering events, collaborating with the Catering Manager and Executive Chef to ensure flawless execution from setup to breakdown.

You will supervise staff, maintain guest service standards, and communicate clearly to deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Part-time role with 401(k) benefits included.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume catering or restaurant environment.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience.
• Ability to work an event-driven schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and varied shifts.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews BEOs to ensure all details are met (food, seating, requests).
• Lead pre-event meetings with staff to ensure standards and assignments.
• Communicate with management to ensure plans are executed.
• Ensure supply availability and proper setup for events.
• Oversee equipment handling and proper storage after use.
• Conducts audits during functions to evaluate service quality.
• Upsell opportunities and monitor food service at events.
• Train and mentor catering servers and event staff.
