Shoup Legal is seeking a part-time Event Staff member to facilitate in-person estate planning workshops in the Temecula Valley. You will plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, greet attendees, and provide information about our services.

Responsibilities include logistics, scheduling, and post-workshop follow-up. Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, reliable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about estate planning.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 2 workshops per month.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.
• Foundational knowledge of estate planning or willingness to learn.

• Assist with managing event logistics, including setup and breakdown, equipment preparation, check-in, and post-workshop scheduling.
• Welcome and engage attendees, answering questions and describing Shoup Legal's services.
• Assist in post-workshop processes including scheduling appointments and collecting payments.
• Collect and maintain participant information and feedback for follow-up.
• Represent Shoup Legal with professionalism and compassion.

As an Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in facilitating in-person estate planning workshops to educate and empower individuals in the Temecula Valley on the importance of estate planning.
