Job summary

Shoup Legal, a Professional Law Corporation in Murrieta, is seeking a Welcome Coordinator to support estate planning, probate, and trust administration clients. The role involves meeting potential clients, data entry, lead tracking, and nurturing relationships to convert inquiries into engaged clients.

You'll work with the team to manage the client transition, coordinate with the marketing assistant for networking, and produce weekly reports on lead conversion and acquisition costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of telephone experience.
• Minimum one year of data entry experience.
• Keyboarding ability of 40 words per minute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth in-person and telephonic meetings with potential new clients to perform a needs analysis.
• Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources.
• Enter client data in the case management system.
• Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us.
• Find and participate in networking activities on behalf of the Firm.
• Work with the Marketing Assistant to plan networking activities for the staff and Owner.
• Produce weekly lead conversion and cost of acquisition reports for review with the Owner.
• Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team.
• Manage client feedback and reviews.
