Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional, articulate with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• May collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges.
• Direct venue traffic and ensure proper entry.
• Explain policies for different venues and events.
• Provide directions and recommendations to guests.
• Maintain friendly, clear communication with guests.
