Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff in Tacoma (and Seattle option) to support crowd management and guest services at venues. No experience required and paid training is provided. You will help with ticketing, ushering, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for attendees.

Role involves directing foot traffic, assisting guests, and maintaining clean, efficient venues. The branch is Tacoma-based with Seattle training and cross-location opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct entry, collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, manage crowd flow.
• Follow policies and regulations of venues and events.
• Greet guests warmly and provide directions to enhance their experience.
• Provide helpful information and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
