Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff for venues in Tacoma and Seattle. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking tickets, directing foot traffic and ensuring clean, safe and welcoming spaces. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within a large national security company. You may train in Tacoma before working at Seattle locations if chosen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Pass background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; may require Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Overtime may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Enter venue access, scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct foot traffic.
• Understand policies and procedures of different venues and events.
• Provide a warm greeting to guests and offer directions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a friendly, clear speaking voice and positive guest interactions.
• Support cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency in designated areas.
