Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking part-time Event Staff to support EWU football and live events. Earn $18.50/hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling that fits your college or lifestyle. No prior experience needed—join a dynamic team at EWU events and gain customer service experience.

You will assist with ticketing, ushering, and guest directions, ensuring safety and a positive fan experience at each event.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test; may require Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• May collect/scan tickets and verify wristbands; direct venue traffic.
• Provide directions and information to guests to enhance their experience.
• Greet guests warmly at entrances and thank them on exit.
• Maintain clean and orderly designated areas during events.
