Job summary

Western Home Communities is seeking an Event Server to support daytime and weekend events at Cedar Falls, IA. You will help with event setup, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a positive experience while engaging with residents and families.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to meet event needs across days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to serving others.
• Ability to be patient and interact tactfully with residents, guests, family members, and coworkers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Flexibility to work daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.

Location: Cedar Falls, IA – Jorgensen Plaza

Western Home Communities is seeking friendly Event Servers who truly love what they do and love where they work. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide positive guest interactions and support event setup and service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable customer service experience while working alongside a supportive and fun team. You’ll truly make a difference in the lives of the people around you. We are especially looking for candidates available during daytime and weekend hours.
