Job summary

Western Home Communities in Cedar Falls is seeking friendly Event Servers who enjoy helping others and delivering warm, professional guest service during daytime and weekend events.

You will assist with planning and preparing events, including setup and cleanup, serve food and beverages, respond to guest questions, and provide welcoming interactions for residents, guests, and families. Must be 16 years or older and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to serving others
• Ability to be patient and interact tactfully with residents, guests, family members, and coworkers
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Flexibility to work daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts as required

Location: Cedar Falls, IA – Jorgensen Plaza for Well-Being

Western Home Communities is seeking friendly Event Servers who truly love what they do and love where they work. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide positive guest interactions and support event setup and service.
