Western Home Communities in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will keep dishes, pots, and utensils clean, support food safety, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment for residents.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• A dependable, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required (a must!).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils sparkling clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
• Ensure all dinnerware and food service equipment is maintained and easy to access.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen items by hand or using the dishwasher.
• Safely remove trash and garbage to the designated disposal area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Engage with residents in a respectful, friendly manner while providing exceptional food service.
