Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience planning corporate meetings, internal events, conferences, leadership meetings, incentive travel programs, or destination-based events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal events and experiences, including large-scale company meetings, leadership strategy sessions, incentive trips, recognition programs, teammate engagement events, and virtual or hybrid internal programs.
• Meet with internal stakeholders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional partners to understand event goals, audience needs, key messages, desired outcomes, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Outline and manage event timelines, milestones, project plans, deliverables, and key decision points from planning through post-event wrap-up.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue sourcing, hotel room blocks, attendee communications, registration, transportation, food and beverage, AV, staffing, gifting, shipping, onsite materials, and event supplies.
