Job summary

Insight Enterprises in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a seasoned Partner Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth with partners and to drive the AI Innovation Center. You will align Insight and partner sales, design scalable engagement models, and deliver executive-facing workshops and demos.

The role requires 7–12 years in partner-based roles, plus a strong background in channel sales and go-to-market strategies with Tier 1 vendors. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7–12 years of experience in partner development, channel sales, innovation programs, or solution enablement.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and driving partner-based revenue growth.
  • Experience with Tier 1 technology vendors is required.
  • Strong business development, prospecting, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to operate in both structured and ambiguous environments.
  • Executive presence with ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and sales execution.
  • Experience designing or delivering customer-facing experiences, briefings, or innovation programs is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI, cloud, data, or modern infrastructure technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Partner Business Development & Revenue Growth by coordinating sales efforts across Insight and partner teams.
  • Grow account Share of Wallet to meet sales and profit goals within territory.
  • Design and implement sales programs; assist management with growth strategies.
  • Prepare monthly summaries of wins, losses, and opportunities for leadership.
  • Participate in QBRs to present performance and future strategy.
  • Lead the AI Innovation Center development, demos, and customer journeys.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across sales, technical teams, and partners.
  • Ensure scalable engagement models across regions and ecosystems.
