SUN CITY LINCOLN HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOC CA NONPROFT MUTUAL BNFT CORP is hiring a Set Up Technician to support community events and facility operations. This hands-on role involves setting up equipment and providing essential services to enhance resident and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with 1-3 years of work experience.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Valid CA driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, and AV equipment for events.
• Perform light cleaning such as sweeping and mopping.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and repairs.
• Provide friendly service to staff and residents.

Skills

Ability to work independently

Basic knowledge of audio visual systems

Physical stamina for lifting and moving

Strong problem-solving skills

Effective communication in English
