Job summary

Impactia Corp is seeking reliable Event Setup Staff to assist with the preparation and breakdown of event spaces in the Washington, DC area. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team-driven environment.

You will load and unload equipment, set up displays and signage, and help break down materials after events while maintaining a safe, organized workspace on-site for client events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a team and follow setup instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading event equipment and materials.
• Set up event spaces, including tables, displays, signage, and equipment.
• Break down and pack materials after events.
• Follow setup instructions and event layouts accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team members and event coordinators on-site.
