Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience in event setup, warehouse, moving, construction, or similar hands-on work is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install event equipment and displays.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Set up tables, chairs, tents, draping decor, and other event materials.
• Tear down and pack equipment after events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; follow setup plans and event timelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and event managers.
• Handle equipment with care and ensure it is properly stored.
