Job summary

SD CELEBRATIONS EVENT RENTALS in Spring Valley, San Diego, is seeking reliable Event Setup Crew to join our warehouse and delivery team. You will load trucks, set up venues, and assist with event production.

The role involves manual labor, lifting heavy equipment, following supervisor instructions, and arriving on schedule to support successful events.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & loading: Load and unload rental trucks, organize, clean and maintain rental equipment, prepare orders and check inventory, handle heavy tables, chairs, dance floors, stages and tents.
• Event setup & breakdown: Install and remove dance floors and stage risers, set up tents, tables, chairs, bars and lounge furniture, assist with draping, lighting and event production, follow layouts and supervisor instructions, protect equipment and venue property.
• Delivery & transportation: Assist drivers with loading, deliveries and pickups, secure equipment inside trucks, arrive at event locations on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Loading

Load and unload rental trucks.

3. Delivery & Transportation

Secure equipment safely inside trucks.
