Job summary

Quest Events in Orlando seeks an Event Installer to support live events with reliability and customer focus. You’ll load and unload gear, set and strike drape, furniture, and hardware, and work closely with a crew to execute multiple events each week.

Ideal candidates bring a service mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to lead on-site when needed. This role offers room to grow, overtime potential, and a path toward full-time status.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to execute consecutive events while handling stresses and challenges.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Maintain professional appearance, reliable transportation, and punctuality.
• Able to interact positively with team members and customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily activities in the warehouse and on-site.
• Work with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites.
• Participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
