Job summary

The Biltmore Company is seeking an Event Work Crew II to support warehouse operations and event setup at Biltmore. This part-time role involves loading and unloading event rentals, setting up equipment, and maintaining inventory for weddings, exhibitions and corporate events.

Responsibilities include operating a box truck, stocking and organizing items, and delivering friendly service to guests and internal teams. Valid NC driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• One year of event setup or logistics experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and service quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck safely, including loading/unloading and securing items.
• Pull, sort, pack, and place equipment according to standards; include linen/drape prep and dish washing.
• Set up rental equipment and verify quality matches standards upon arrival.
• Provide friendly, professional service to internal customers and guests.
• Maintain warehouse organization, inventory, and general maintenance.
• Support signage requests and client installations as needed.
