• Create weekly setup plans based on event volume and locations.
• Communicate setup expectations to the team.
• Lead and assist with table, chair, linen, and room setup.
• Ensure setup is complete before arrivals and equipment is organized.
• Coordinate inventory to support weekly ordering.
• Delegate work during busy weekends.
• Assist with quick flips and room changes.
• Return setup items to storage locations.
