Responsibilities

• Review event packets and setup diagrams.
• Create a weekly setup plan based on event volume, locations, timelines and turnaround.
• Communicate setup expectations to the setup team.
• Lead and assist with table, chair, linen, place setting, room setup, drapery setup and donut favors.
• Ensure setup is completed accurately before Venue Coordinator arrival or client arrival.
• Assist with weekly inventory to support weekly ordering.
