Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and moving furniture or equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support a team‑oriented workplace.
• Prior hospitality, facilities, or event support experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down banquet-style events, arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment; keep spaces clean and guest-ready.
• Complete full turnovers of guest suites; clean, restock, and reset per standards; report maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and guest spaces; restock coffee stations and amenities; manage inventory.
• Work a fluid, variable schedule that changes weekly; be available for evening and weekend shifts; adapt to last-minute changes.
