Qualifications

• Reliable and physically capable of routine event setup tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces before promotional activities begin.
• Set up tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and equipment.
• Organize event supplies and ensure materials are readily available.
• Assist with transporting and positioning event materials.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized event areas.
• Support the event team during customer-facing activities.
• Assist with packing, organizing, and storing materials after events.
• Communicate supply or setup needs to the appropriate team member.
