Job summary

Avalonvi is seeking an Event Setup Assistant to prepare event spaces, manage materials, and support setup and breakdown. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable in an active environment.

You will work with the events team to arrange tables, displays and signage, transport materials, and help keep spaces clean and safe. No prior event experience is required, though a background in event, warehouse, or retail settings is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be reliable and physically comfortable with routine event setup tasks.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Previous event, warehouse, retail, or setup experience is helpful but not required.
