Job summary

The Pacific Club seeks a dependable, positive Houseman to support daily club operations and event setup on site in Honolulu. This role is active and team-oriented, aiming to create exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities include setting up dining rooms and event spaces, handling AV setup, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while supporting changing event needs with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hospitality or event setup experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down dining rooms, meeting spaces, and special events.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and event equipment according to floor plans.
• Assist with audiovisual equipment setup.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support event operations and respond to changing business needs.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests.
• Assist with parking and guest assistance when needed.
