The Weingarten in Belleville is seeking a motivated team member for our event season. You will help set and flip event spaces, assist bar staff, bus tables, and welcome guests during events at our venue. We value reliability, strong communication with front and back of house, and the ability to manage priorities while staying on schedule.

Full-time hours with daytime and evening shifts are available. This role requires physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs) and a valid driver's license for on-site

Competenze

• IL SERVSafe Food Handler’s Certification required.
• IL Food Allergen Certification preferred.
• Time management skills, self-starter & team player.
• Must be available weekends and open to 5 shifts per week.
• Must be physically able to carry/lift 50lbs of weight.
• Must have a drivers license to operate on-site vehicles.
• Ability to calmly manage competing priorities.
• Communicate well with multiple levels of management, and ownership regarding the status of upcoming events, issues and daily upkeep

• Work independently and as part of a team to set/flip event spaces.
