Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces before activities begin.
• Set up tables, displays, signage, materials, and supplies.
• Organize materials and ensure resources are readily available.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
• Welcome attendees and provide basic assistance during events.
• Support promotional activities and customer engagement.
• Distribute promotional materials and product information.
• Assist with event operations throughout the day.
• Monitor supplies and communicate when more materials are needed.
