Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up for scheduled events in the Student Center and Satellite facilities.
• Clean and prepare meeting rooms, including trash removal and surface cleaning.
• Check and replenish supplies for room equipment.
• Monitor and adjust room temperatures, lighting, and door access.
• Place printed room cards for events.
• Supervise and guide the Student Event Set-Up Crew.
• Identify repairs or replacements needed for furnishings or equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
