Job summary

PMI Entertainment Group is seeking a Conversion Crew member for the Resch Complex. You will perform set-up and tear-down duties before and after events, arrange equipment, and ensure smooth event transitions.

Required: high school education, 6–12 months related experience, ability to operate forklift and tools (drill press, saws), willingness to work variable schedules including nights, weekends and holidays; applies safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school.
• Approximately 6 to 12 months related work experience necessary to gain a full understanding of show and conversion operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down before and after events in the Resch Complex.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, drill press, circular and table saws.
• Assist clean-up crew and move equipment to storage after events.
• Follow safety programs and report potentially unsafe procedures.
• Work days, nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by event schedule.
