Exelare is seeking an Event Setup Assistant to handle hands-on preparation before events and provide support during setup and breakdown. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable with physical tasks, and enjoys working as part of a team.

The role involves setting up spaces, organizing supplies, loading and unloading materials, keeping areas clean, and assisting with attendee greetings and on-site activities. It requires teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials as required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with setting up event spaces, tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials.
• Organize event supplies and equipment before activities begin.
• Load, unload, and move event materials as needed.
• Help keep event areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Make sure required materials are available and properly positioned.
• Support event staff during preparation and on-site activities.
• Assist with welcoming attendees when needed.
• Help break down displays and pack materials after events.
• Return equipment and supplies to designated storage areas.
