Job summary

University of North Dakota is seeking a part-time, non-benefited student employee for event setup and management. The role requires 12 hours per week and pays $14.00 per hour with non-exempt status and no visa sponsorship. Remote work is not available and some campus presence is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all daily event set-ups, technical requirements, furniture, equipment, etc.
• Relay all pertinent information/issues to staff members as appropriate
• Assist with daily event management
• Maintain orderly appearance in all storage areas
• Responsible for appearance/cleanliness of public spaces and meeting rooms
• Conduct regular inventory of setup equipment
• Cooperative spirit in working with peers, supervisors, building partners, and guests
• Must wear protective safety equipment, including (at a minimum) closed-toed shoes, belted pants, and proper Memorial Union uniform
