Job summary

Mintahoe is seeking dependable team members in Minneapolis, MN to transform spaces for weddings, corporate events, galas, and other occasions. This role involves active, physical work behind the scenes and offers varied shifts.

You will support event set-up, warehouse operations, and on-site delivery logistics, with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets our insurance requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from work assignments.
• Ability to perform physical work for extended periods.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous event, warehouse, hospitality, delivery, or related experience is helpful but not required.

• Event Set-Up & Breakdown: Prepare event spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Warehouse Operations: Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently; maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Delivery & Logistics: Deliver equipment and supplies to and from event locations in a timely and professional manner; verify delivery details and coordinate with on-site contacts; maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, safe, and fueled condition; follow all company procedures, traffic laws, and applicable DOT regulations.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Schedules vary based on business needs and are provided in advance whenever possible.
• Typical shifts are 6-10 hours and may be scheduled during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
