Job summary

Artis—Naples is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Seasonal Event Services teammate to support daytime and evening service operations in our venue. You will assist with cafe operations, bar service, set-ups, and hospitality needs across events.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in Event Services within hospitality, plus strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness. Work hours vary with events; uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years of experience in an Event Services position in hospitality.
• Ability to work in day and evening/event settings.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in daytime Event Services at Artis—Naples, including cafe operations and service setups.
• Knowledgeable in nighttime Event Services, including bar service, reception setup, service and breakdown.
• Support artist hospitality needs and hospitality protocol.
• Work as a team member and complete delegated tasks.
• Maintain kitchen, storage areas, and offices clean and orderly.
• Observe safety requirements and report issues.
• Work effectively with all Artis—Naples team members.
