Summary
The Event Services (Banquet) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing banquet operations to ensure the highest service standards and deliver memorable guest experiences. This role supervises teams during events and high-volume periods, making real-time adjustments to guarantee smooth and efficient execution. The Event Services (Banquet) Supervisor monitors food quality, service flow, and safety standards to maintain consistency and excellence across all functions. They work closely with hotel leadership and other departments to coordinate successful events and promptly address guest needs. Additionally, the Event Services (Banquet) Supervisor supports team development through training, scheduling, and daily supervision, fostering a culture of teamwork and discipline in alignment with Hyatt’s values, safety protocols, and sustainability practices.
