Job summary

The Colorado State Fair is seeking Seasonal Event Services Staff to help prepare venues for events and keep facilities clean. Duties include setting up tables, chairs, stages, and maintaining grounds with trash and sanitizing work areas. Shifts may include nights and weekends during the August 28 - September 7, 2026 season.

Duties

The Event Services Department is seeking hard working individuals to join our team and help us make the 2025 Colorado State Fair a success. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing buildings and grounds for events by placing necessary equipment such as tables, chairs, and stages
• Maintaining cleanliness of all grounds areas and buildings including trash and recycling collection, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and general grounds keeping.
• Please be sure to note any previous grounds keeping, event setup or janitorial experience on your application.
• Positions may be required to work long hours including nights and weekends.
• Pay range is $16.23- $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
