Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at banquet events and ensure proper set-up and break-down of event spaces. The role is on-call and scheduled per business demand, with hours varying and no guaranteed regular hours.

Responsibilities include setting up spaces, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure quality service while following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in banquet service or event set-up preferred.
• Professional appearance and teamwork expected.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
