Job summary

Q Center is seeking an On Call Server to join our team on-site in Illinois. The Server is responsible for the set-up, service and break down of food and beverages at all Q Center functions, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.

This position is on-site, with a varying schedule that can include days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Starting rate for this position is $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; hotel or related field preferred.
• BASSET and Food Handler certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, service and break down of food and beverages for guests at all Q Center functions.
• Serve guests according to Q Center standards in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain all service area storerooms and stock with supplies for food service functions.
• Adhere to BASSET procedures while serving liquor to ensure safety and compliance.
