Job summary

Q Center is seeking Banquet Set-up Housepersons to join our team in St. Charles, IL. The role covers set up, refresh, tear down and maintenance of all meeting spaces, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Starting rate is $18 per hour. This position supports event spaces, including audio-visual setup, and ensures cleanliness and readiness between functions. Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces according to event orders, including furniture and equipment.
• Refresh and maintain spaces before and after events.
• Breakdown after functions and store equipment properly.
• Transport and arrange tables, chairs, and other items.
• Refresh meeting rooms as required.
