Job summary

Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD is seeking friendly event staff to ensure guest satisfaction during setups and events. You will greet guests, accommodate their needs, and deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.

Training is provided to learn buffet, plated, and reception-style meal service, while performing sidework and maintaining clean service areas. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Setup, execution, and clean up for events.
• Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests' needs at the event; providing exceptional service to every guest
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided)
• Perform all side-work duties
• Maintain clean service areas at all times
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
