Bastion Events in Houston is seeking professional, energetic Event Servers to join our hospitality-driven team for luxury private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings.

This part-time role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts across venues including Soleil and Bar Moon. You’ll provide polished service, assist with setup and breakdown, and work closely with event managers and culinary teams to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Hospitality-minded with a desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation required, as events may take place throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
• Previous restaurant, catering, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service at upscale private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and special celebrations.
• Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown.
• Deliver polished, attentive hospitality while anticipating guest needs.
• Assist with plated dinners, buffets, passed hors d'oeuvres, beverage service, and other event formats.
• Work collaboratively with event managers, bartenders, culinary teams, and fellow servers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Represent the Bastion Events brand with professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Travel to and from event locations throughout the Greater Houston Area.
