Role Overview

Brooklyn Braised Events is seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service during catered events, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable dining experience. As an Event Server, you will work closely with our kitchen and event teams to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
• Set up and break down event spaces, including table settings, buffets, and serving stations.
• Deliver plated dishes or manage buffet stations with attention to detail and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist with the clearing of tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout events.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the event team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Represent Brooklyn Braised with a positive attitude and commitment to quality.
