Southworth Club in Massachusetts is seeking an Event Server in the Catering/Banquet Department to create exceptional dining experiences for members and guests during private events and weddings. You will set up spaces, serve courses, and maintain poise in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional appearance. Weekend and evening availability, basic food-and-beverage knowledge, and teamwork with kitchen and event

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or fine dining service preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and service.
• Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting upscale image.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage etiquette and wine service.
• Flexibility in scheduling including weekends and evenings.
