Job summary

The Barn Resort is seeking energetic Event Servers to join our team. You’ll help with setup, service, and celebrations from start to finish.

You will set up event spaces, pass appetizers, serve meals, pour coffee, and assist with cleanup while staying friendly and attentive to guests. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and physical stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ramp Certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Able to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces, from tables to beverage & food stations.
• Deliver service with a smile—passing appetizers, serving meals, pouring coffee, and cutting cake.
• Keep things running smoothly from start to finish, including clean-up & reset.
• Greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for throughout the event.
• Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to keep service seamless and on time.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance to represent The Barn Resort brand.
• Support your teammates—jump in wherever help is needed to make the event a success.
