• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervisory security/event operations.
• 3–5 years in event security or venue operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience preparing incident and operational reports.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security, transportation, and parking operations for events and venues.
• Supervise and deploy Security & Transportation staff; ensure proper staffing levels.
• Adjust staffing deployments to meet operational needs and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies, safety standards, and security protocols.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Lead training, scheduling, and performance management of team members.
• Oversee equipment readiness and operation of security screening gear.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless event execution.
