Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Event Security Supervisor to oversee safety at Toyota-Arena, Stage Red Theater, ONT-Field, and OCC venues. The role requires supervising security staff, briefing officers, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety per venue policies.

The position demands the California Guard Card, a high school diploma, and 2–4 years of supervisory experience. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensing: California Issued Guard Card.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of supervisory level experience preferred.
• Ability to perform in crises and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and incident reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the venue’s security positions during designated shift(s).
• Update briefing/post materials for officers in a timely manner.
• Investigate incidents and prepare incident reports for daily operations and events.
• Conduct shift briefings with officers and supervisors.
• Ensure all posts are safe, orderly and clean.
• Know venue layout and security systems.
• Train staff in guest service and security skills.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to security staff.
• Lead by example and motivate the team.
• Resolve escalated security issues and conduct ejections when necessary.
