Job summary

Legends Global, a premier partner to live events and venues, seeks a Part-time Event Security Supervisor for Ontario, CA. You will oversee security during events at Toyota Arena and OCC, supervise staff, conduct briefings, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

The role requires a California Guard Card, 2–4 years of supervisory experience, and availability evenings/weekends. Compensation is $25.00 per hour; this is an event-based, non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• California Guard Card required; applicant must obtain at own expense.
• 2–4 years of supervisory level experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise venue security positions during designated shift(s).
• Update briefing/post materials for officers promptly.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Conduct shift briefings with incoming/outgoing Officers & Supervisors.
• Ensure posts are safe, orderly, and clean; know venue layout and systems.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to security staff; lead by example.
• Enforce venue Event Policies and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with Security Director and Managers to meet event requirements.
